Running Shoes & Socks

ASICS GT-1000

One of my favorite running shoes for short runs or speed work because they’re lightweight while still providing great arch support.

ASICS GT-2000

A step up in cushion from the GT-1000 but with the same reliable arch support. I wear these for runs up to 15 miles when I need more comfort without sacrificing performance.

ASICS Kayano

For anything over 15 miles, the high level of cushion in the Kayano makes them my go-to for long-distance comfort and support.

ASICS Gel-Venture

My favorite trail running shoes - sturdy, durable, and ready for any adventure off the pavement! Plus the price point is great so I'm not too upset if they get filthy!

Fuel & Hydration

Clif Bloks

A staple in my fueling routine! My favorite flavors are:

  • Margarita

  • Sour Strawberry Lemonade

  • Sour Green Apple

Gu Energy Gel

Perfect for a quick energy boost during long runs and races.

My favorite flavors are:

  • Chocolate Outrage

  • S’mores

  • Pumpkin Spice

  • Birthday Cake

  • Caramel Macchiato

  • Espresso Love

  • Salted Caramel

  • Vanilla Bean

  • Fruity flavors? Hard pass.

Gu Roctane Energy Gel

A more intense version of the classic Gu, with extra electrolytes and amino acids for endurance runs.

My favorite flavors are:

  • Salted Chocolate

  • Coconut Chocolate

Gu Liquid Energy

The coffee flavor is my favorite! The thinner texture makes it easier to take mid-run compared to traditional gels.

Liquid IV

My go-to for hydration before and after runs, especially in hot weather.

Salt Stick Fast Chews

These are lifesavers for keeping my electrolytes balanced on sweaty runs!

Pickle Juice

Great for preventing cramps and balancing sodium levels after long efforts.

Accessories & Recovery

Garmin 265

My absolute favorite running watch! Tracks everything I need and has an amazing battery life.

Goodr Sunglasses

Affordable, stylish, and they don’t slip or bounce! I love grabbing a new pair for each race.

TOZO Open Ear Headphones

I prefer these over bone conduction headphones! They allow me to stay aware of my surroundings while still enjoying music or podcasts. They're so comfy that sometimes I forget I'm wearing them!

Theragun

A must-have for recovery! Helps relieve soreness and keep my legs feeling fresh.

Hydration Gear

Fitly Soft Flask

Perfect for short runs when I don’t need my vest but still want a little hydration.

Salomon Advanced Skin Hydration Vest

My go-to hydration vest for long runs! It fits comfortably, distributes weight well, and has plenty of pockets for fuel and essentials. I love how easy it is to carry water with soft flasks or a hydration bladder.

AONIJIE TPU Soft Flask Water Bottle

A great replacement for the Salomon soft flasks that originally came with my vest (RIP to those - my dog chewed them!).

Apparel

Crazy Compression Socks

I wore compression socks all weekend to help with recovery and swelling. I love Crazy Compression for their fun designs & affordability! Use code KATEFAHEYRUNS for 10% off!

Crowned Athletics Skort

This was a last-minute race-day decision and I’m SO glad I wore it! Originally, I planned to wear long shorts with a Sparkle Athletics skirt, but since my shorts didn’t have pockets, I opted for my Crowned Athletics skort—the same one I did all my long runs in. It was perfect! No discount code from me, but I always use Sarah’s code: RUNSONMAGIC for 20% off!

ASICS Training Crew Socks

The best running crew socks I’ve found. Cotton-free, which is super important for preventing blisters!

Other

Bib Magnets

I can’t believe I ever used safety pins - these bib magnets are a game-changer!
